Extremely convenient hotel, my favourite in Dover. Very friendly staff members, fantastic location short walk to the buses to the towns nearby, the ferry and the center with many choices of pubs and restaurants. Plus, a minute walk from Pencester Gardens.

The staff was caring and helpful and we would return here. The best Victorian hotel we ever visited before. Stunning and unbeatable location in one of the bedrooms rather than the door being off the communal entrance area, met standards. Besides, it was right by the bus stop of the buses to the towns nearby, and Dover town centre.

It's an extremely convenient Victorian hotel nestled in a Victorian style building. The staff is excellent. The location is lovely, 1 km from Dover Castle. The area is domestic close enough to the town centre, beach and white cliffs.

All very good: location and rooms. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like The Allotment that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Very clean unit. When I arrived the host was wonderful. In fact, the free WiFi was a cherry on top.
